Be ready to provide your Support ID number (customers with active support contract can find it in the Customer Service tab in the customer area).
Phone number (we are going to be gradually adding new worldwide phone numbers):
Send a message from your main support contact email address.
(e.g. if your support Id is 9999 send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org)
Copy to additional recipients that you want to be included in the support notifications.
